Mental

Our mental program led by Jeff Greenwald is designed to help players develop focus, confidence, and resilience on the court by setting up strong mental foundations, including having a specific set of routines that players use consistently (e.g., pre-match, serve, return, after a mistake, etc.)

Visualization
“I create mental images of me performing well in a match or specific situations on the court”

Goal-setting
“I set specific, measurable, and achievable goals to help me stay motivated and focused on the court”

Mindfulness
“I focus on the present moment and let go of distractions to improve my performance on the court”

Dealing with pressure and adversity
“I eliminate negative thoughts and emotions, and focus on the task at hand rather than the outcome”

Positive self-talk
“I use positive affirmations and encouraging phrases to build my confidence”
